    5 STARS.
    Eye Q is great. They have a huge selection of glasses. All of the employees are cleaning constantly and wearing masks and that makes me feel safe.
    Highly recommend!

    Beautiful shop with really wide variety of frame choices. I was excited to learn that my vision plan was actually accepted at an optical. Dr. Kats was very professional and explained more about my eyes than I ever experienced at an eye check up. Ladies that work in the front made it really fun to pick frames. They were very good about disinfecting all frames that were being touched. Nice shop, great staff!

    Very professional and organized. The doctor was fantastic, and the staff were extremely conscientious when it comes to COVID (masks, hand sanitizer, distancing, etc.). The only reason I didn't do 5 stars was that their frame selection was definitely out of my price range. Would definitely recommend them for your eye exam and contact lens purchase as they were very quick to work with my insurance. From walking in the door, I filled out all the forms, had my exam, discussed options, ordered contacts, paid, and left all in a little less than an hour.

    I was able to make an appointment by calling. The front desk receptionist was extremely helpful and also looked up my insurance for me. During this time of COVID the office was very clean and they made sure to disinfect every pair of glasses I tried on prior to my visit and also had me place the glasses I tried on into a box so that they could be sanitized after I tried them on. The doctor was very efficient and friendly and also gave me a copy of my prescription so that I could get an additional pair of glasses online. There is also free parking which is hard to find in Chicago! I highly recommend this place and will be back for my annual exam.
