    This is a methadone clinic. The clinic, staff ie. management, counselors, nurses etc are GREAT!!! The head Dr. Dr. Perish, however is a vindictive, jerk. You can follow all the directions on the handbook to a T drop clean for ever and he will pick and choose who HE thinks should get their EARNED take home bottles!!! You actually have to go to the director or supervisor to get them and then the Dr. STILL goes back in the system and takes them out. I've lost my job and almost lost custody of my children due to this Drs animosity. As I said he has a hand full of clients he does this to then other clients they drop dirty for cocaine and or heroin and tell him their "dog died and their mother is sick" and he let him keep his take home bottles. I'm at my last straw, if I don't get this taken care of by the end of next week I have no choice but to call DASA and the state to let them know the unfair and prejudice practices that are taken place. I've been a client there for 5 years and up until about a year ago this Dr. Dr. Perish was a good Dr. If I what has gotten in to him but not only are us clients tired of his shenanigans so are his colleagues. I don't understand why he still even has a job there. Instead of trying to help people get their lives together he's causing some to fall apart.
