Nick, Eric, Owen, are all fantastic and super knowledgeable. They never shy away from answering all my questions and really know how to motivate you!

Their training has really helped me learn how to target each muscle. Highly recommend trying out the Wellness lab if you are looking to switch up and improve your workouts.

(May 18, 2020, 8:56 pm)Nick is one of the best trainers! He knows how to cue the exact muscle groups for maximal activation. The sessions are tough but so effective! This is worth a try for anyone looking to increase the strength in a measurable, scientific, and significant way!
