    On behalf of the management team at Edgewater Plaza I would like to say that it has been a real pleasure to work with Suburban Elevator. Their technicians are knowledgeable and are happy to take the time to explain the issues as well as the repairs they make to bring my building’s elevators back into service. They are quick to respond, 24/7. Several times we have needed a part and they have resourced it from their local inventory allowing them to get our elevators up and running with minimal down time. I would heartily recommend Suburban Elevator to any building looking for responsive knowledgeable technicians for elevator maintenance.

    As a member of the board of directors in a vintage building, we hired Urban Elevator to modernize six of our 12 elevators. We are very happy with the dedication of the service team and the thoughtful service we receive on a regular basis. At this point one of six has been completed and two additional mods are in process; so far so good.

    Urban has been an excellent business partner. They modernized 22 elevators approximately five years ago, the modernization went very well and Urban has been maintaining the elevators since. They offer expert advise and are fair in every way. I highly recommend Urban Elevator and our Representative, Tom Cook.

    Great company starts with Great Leadership. The compassion Jeff Podgorny has for his employees and the company. It takes a lot to lead but he knows the industry and the job. Well Done Jeff!!!!!
